The coral island of Maziwe Island is a coral island, a marine conservation area that you can reach quickly by boat directly from JUANI PANGANI beach in 40 minutes by motorboat. A sandbank on the surface, the island is surrounded by beautiful, magnificent, intact coral ecosystems. You dive into an underwater world like you've never seen before, especially never so close up. Just below the water's surface is a world full of bright colors and shapes, you come across schools of exotic fish that frolic between the corals, starfish, and with a bit of luck you can even see sea turtles live. If you look closely you'll also discover the giant clams between the corals, although they're so big it's easy to overlook them because they're so well camouflaged: the Tridacna Gigas, inappropriately also called the killer clam, is the largest species of clam in the world and lives in large numbers between the corals on Maziwe Island. You will be amazed at how incredibly beautiful these creatures look in their natural environment!
